The Aberfeldy Sports Club planning application was approved by Perth & Kinross Council on 8th September 2023. Work on preparation of tenders is now underway.

OPERATIONS
well developed plans. bar/catering to be licensed to a third - party operator for an annual fee. Positive cash flow forecast in all years post construction, even under a downside scenario.
We have support for development of a new clubhouse from over 40 sports clubs, associations and local organisations and by representatives of both local and national government.
